She is a seasoned management consultant with over 25 years of experience of collective professional expertise. She has focused expertise on enterprise transformation and change management (incl. operational and supply chain excellence), information technology and strategy. She has previously worked at A.T. Kearney and Oliver Wyman. Her other relevant experience includes:​

• Being Co-Leader of the European Enterprise Transformation Competence Centre and core team member of the European high-tech practice​
• Outsourcing advisory to clients in the area of enterprise transformation incl. transformation strategy, efficiency improvement, cost management and organization process design ​
• Advising in the area of Information Technology incl. IT strategy, IT change management and alignment of business and IT departments​
• Working on several change management topics with clients that have predominantly been MNCs and large to medium regional enterprises across industries including telcos, high-tech firms, utilities and automotive suppliers​
