• Large scale Program & Project Management for Telecommunication companies, Banks and Insurance companies – including Strategy, Innovation & Reorganisation Consulting & Set up IT Reorganisations (ODCM) Programs along COBIT, ITIL, ITEM and best practices for significant improvements.​
• Project management of large-scale new DWH & Business Intelligence -  Digital Transformation, Business IT Alignment, IT Strategy, IT Efficiency, Lean IT, IT Transition.​
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT transition projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality - including mentoring and coaching of team members.​
