All of our consultants and experts are seasoned professionals, often with 10–30 years of experience. They bring deep expertise in their fields, having worked with leading consulting firms and corporations. Many have a technical or functional specialization (e.g., “system dynamics modeling”) and/or industry or regional expertise (e.g., “automotive” or “public sector”). We can provide consultants and experts at all seniority levels, tailored to the needs of your project.

We take care of all administrative burden to ensure that clients and consultants can fully focus on the project. Amongst others, this includes the recording of time and expenses and the necessary approvals as well as managing the full invoicing and payment process. We provide all required and tax-relevant documents. We maintain regular touch-points with the consultant to ensure a smooth collaboration.

We require a project brief. The more detailed the project description, the better the profile matches. The description should include a summary of the project, ideal background of the expert, kind of expertise required, work duration and type of work (calls vs. full time on-the-ground support). Direct contracting and hiring of consultants or experts after the project is generally possible, if both parties wish to extend the collaboration.

We operate a strict application process. You need to apply to become part of our network. Either we contact you or you apply yourself, e.g. through our website. Our network is an elite circle of hand-picked high caliber professionals, so not everyone gets accepted. With our strict selection process we are guaranteeing high quality and excellent project results.

To apply for projects you need to have a well maintained profile. This includes a recent and detailed CV. Before you start in engaging with clients on briefing calls concerning specific projects, you need to sign our Terms & Conditions, incl. NDA. Depending on projects and clients we might ask you for more information and documents to provide, as well as the signed project contract once the project is about to start.

Projects are being matched to you regarding your unique relevant expertise.  Payment for each engagement will be agreed upfront. Expertpowerhouse takes over the full invoicing process and handles all payment transactions in accordance with all local rules that may apply.
